ViewSonic PJD5133 SVGA DLP Projector - HDMI, 2700 Lumens, 3000:1 DCR, 120Hz/3D Ready, SpeakerBefore this one we bought the FAVI RIO 2 projector and in comparison that one was like a children's toy. You couldn't set it up right. The resolution was way off, color non existent, and you couldn't use it for anything except movies. Forget about computer presentations. The letters were blurry and muddy.
To tell you the truth I was afraid we were not going to find a projector to suit our needs under a $1,000.
None of those were a problem for the Viewsonic. Granted this review is after a very short period of time. If it changes I will update this. However, as of right now, this projector is as good, if not better than the one I have at work which probably cost more than a $1,000. That one is a VieSonic as well but much bigger.
